Our most popular workouts are our Beach Burner and our Trail-Bridge workouts.
A Beach Burner workout is high intensity and high cardio. Using sand for plyometrics, we are able to burn more calories while working on strength and stability.
A Trail-Bridge Workout incorporates cardio and strength through a 1.5 mile run on incline and 8 flight

A Trail-Bridge Workout incorporates cardio and strength through a 1.5 mile run on incline and 8 flights of stairs.
Both are complete workouts including proper warm ups and cool downs, strength, conditioning and resistance as well as SAQ drills to improve speed, agility, and quickness. Fun, outdoor workouts that can be done one on one or as a group. These workouts require no commitment to a program or can be incorporated into your full fitness routine.
The Athletic Equestrian workout is specifically designed for a rider's body. As a rider myself, I under the physical demands of everyday life on a farm. My AE program targets the areas that we do not get in our everyday routine. This stimulates the muscles we have not been using to get the results we are looking for.
